VIP EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

VIP DAY

On behalf of the entire team at Home Sweet Home Sofas & Living, we would like to extend our warmest congratulations and gratitude for signing up to our highly anticipated VIP Day event. We are thrilled to have you as a valued participant, and we can't wait to provide you with an unforgettable experience.

Home Sweet Home Sofas & Living Group of Companies (herein shall be referred to as "Home Sweet Home") reserves the right to update or change the terms and conditions regularly or at any time. 

By participating in Home Sweet Home's VIP Day Experience ("the Experience"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1. The VIP Day Experience is open to customers aged 18 years old or older.

2. Participation in the Experience is subject to availability and is at the discretion of Home Sweet Home.

Registration

3. Attendees must complete the registration process by confirming their attendance with our customer service team or by clicking on the link to the Experience they wish to participate :

3.1. Prospect Store

4. Only people who have successfully registered AND received a $500 VIP furniture voucher will be considered as "VIPs".

5. Only VIPs are eligible for the $5000 voucher grand raffle draw. For more information regarding this, please see section "GRAND RAFFLE DRAW ENTRY AND WINNER ANNOUNCEMENTS".

Booking and Confirmation

6. To secure your VIP Day Experience, a reservation must be made in advance through our designated booking system or by contacting our customer service team.

7. Confirmation of your VIP Day Experience will be provided via email or other preferred communication channels agreed upon during the booking process.

8. The VIP Day Experience may be subject to specific dates, times, and availability, as determined Home Sweet Home.

9. Cancellations made by the participant must be communicated to Home Sweet Home within a reasonable timeframe prior to the scheduled VIP Day Experience.

10. In the event that Home Sweet Home cancels the VIP Day Experience due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reasons, Home Sweet Home will make reasonable efforts to notify registered attendees and offer participants the option of rescheduling. 

VIP Furniture Voucher

11. Each Participant will be given a digital $500 VIP furniture voucher via email after confirming their registration.

12. Each voucher is only redeemable at the respective Home Sweet Home store branch printed on it. It is non-transferable.

13. Each voucher is only valid on the days specified in the voucher but it cannot be split across the two days. The Participant must use the full amount of the voucher upon purchase.

13.1. Example: A Customer named "John" has registered for the VIP Day event in Prospect and has received his $500 digital VIP voucher via email. The VIP Day events for Prospect are on July 20 and 22. John decides to visit the Prospect store on July 20 and he purchases a corner lounge worth $3999. He wants to use only $250 from his VIP voucher as he plans to return on July 22 to use the remaining amount. 

This is NOT ALLOWED and our Home Sweet Home sales personnel will advise John that he must use the entire $500 voucher in purchasing the lounge.

14. This VIP voucher is only applicable to the following:

14.1. Dining Suites - 7 pieces or more; must be from the same collection

14.2. Bedroom Suites - 4 pieces or more; must be from the same collection

14.3. Lounge Suites - 2 pieces or more from the same collection, a corner lounge, or a chaise

Grand Raffle Draw Entry and Winner Announcements

15. Only VIPs are eligible to participate in the $5000 Voucher Grand Raffle Draw.

16. $5000 VOUCHER - this is a furniture-only voucher that can be redeemable in any of our Home Sweet Home store. This voucher is valid for up to 2 years. This is also a non-transferable voucher. 

17. For every $1000 spent in store by the VIP during the Experience, the VIP will receive a raffle ticket.

18. Home Sweet Home will not be handing out physical copies of the raffle tickets. But we will internally keep track of the raffle each person receives. We will also inform the person after their purchase how many raffle tickets they currently have.

19. The Grand Raffle Draw will be drawn on the last week of October. We will announce the winner on our social media pages.

20. Once a winner is drawn, Home Sweet Home will be reaching out to the person via email and phone call.  

Participant Conduct

21. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and reasonable manner throughout the VIP Day Experience.

22. Participants must comply with all instructions, rules, and regulations provided by Home Sweet Home throughout the VIP Day Experience.

23. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive by Home Sweet Home may result in the participant being asked to leave immediately without any entitlement to a refund.

24. Participants are responsible for any damages caused to property or equipment during the VIP Day Experience due to their negligence or intentional actions.

Liability and Waiver

25. Home Sweet Home will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of participants during the VIP Day Experience.

26. Participants understand and acknowledge that participation in the VIP Day Experience may involve inherent risks and agree to release Home Sweet Home from any liability for personal injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings that may occur during the VIP Day Experience.

27. Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the VIP Day Experience.

Photography and Recording

28. Participants may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the VIP Day Experience. By participating in the event, participants grant Home Sweet Home the right to use and publish such media for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation or notification.

Privacy

29. Personal information provided during registration will be used solely for the purpose of organising and managing the VIP Day Experience. Home Sweet Home will handle all personal information in accordance with Australian data protection laws and its privacy policy.

Modifications

30. Home Sweet Home reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

31. Participants will be subject to the most recent version of the Terms and Conditions available at the time of their booking.

By participating in the VIP Day Experience, participants agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and any additional guideline or instructions provided by Home Sweet Home during the experience. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in exclusion from the VIP Day Experience.

VIP 3 DAY SALE
