Delivery

We offer direct-to-door delivery to metro areas (and some regional areas) of NSW, ACT, QLD & VIC. Delivery charges vary dependant on delivery location and/or items ordered. Delivery costs display at checkout.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer delivery to TAS, SA, NT & WA and remote areas including (but not limited to) far-regional cities & Island locations. In certain circumstances, we may be able to quote delivery to areas not apart of our delivery routes. If you live in an exempt area and are interested in something from our range, please contact your nearest Store and our Team will discuss if we can offer a quote for delivery to your location.

Please note: our delivery charges only cover delivery to your door. If you require any additional service options (such as assembly), please complete our Customer Care form here after you have made a purchase and a member of our team will be in touch to discuss. Please note that extra services incur additional costs.

In Store Collection

We offer collection from your nearest or preferred Home Sweet Home Store on Homewares & Floor Stock items.

For larger items (such as Lounges & Dining Settings), we currently offer collection from our Sydney Warehouse ONLY.

To arrange pick up on your order, simply select the 'Click & Collect' option at Checkout. Due to the varying location of our Stores, it is imperative that you use our Store Locator here to find your nearest Store location prior to ordering.

If you wish for collection from a specific Store, simply add the name of the Store to your order notes at checkout, otherwise, any click & collect orders will be made available from the nearest Store to your address.

Please note: Click & Collect orders are still subject to our standard turnaround times. You will be notified via email once your order is available for collection.
