End of the Financial Year Sale
Outlined below are the terms and conditions for our End of the Financial Year (EOFY) Sale:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. What qualifies as a "lounge"? A "lounge" is either (1) two lounge pieces of the SAME collection or more, (2) a chaise; or (3) a full corner lounge. A 3-seater lounge alone or an egg outdoor chair is NOT ELIGIBLE for the $500 discount.
2. This is for FLOOR STOCK ONLY. All new stock lounges should be sold at their normal sale price.
3. The EOFY sale will start on 10 June 2023 (Saturday)
4. Sales will be for outdoor furniture and ordinary lounges.
5. It is $500 off the sale price.
6. The whole purpose of the EOFY Sale is to sell our floor stock lounges.
7. Before purchasing, ensure that the customers have (1) inspected the product for damages, and (2) agree to buy it in its current condition.
8. If a customer wants to purchase two lounges from different collections, let them speak with Phil.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS
1. Any NEW STOCK that has been discounted $500 comes off commission and SPIV, including the manager's commission.
2. All homewares and outdoor prices are as sale ticketed prices. As of 1 June 2023, we will not be running any discount on them (except for Fyshwick).
3. As of 1 June 2023, remove all Autumn Sale collaterals from your stores.
IN-STORE COLLATERALS
1. The EOFY banners will be sent to you next week.
2. Each store will get 20-30 pieces of A3-sized printed EOFY banners. Put these on top of each eligible lounge suite.
3. If you have received the EOFY banners, do not display them UNTIL 10 June 2023.
